Overview
The sweet mass formed as a sugar cone in the batch former BSK 0019 L is removed from the rope former BAK 0165 A by a vertically positioned draw-off roller pair or by four crossways positioned draw-off rollers. And then fed uniformly to the downstream sizing roller pairs.
Facts
The appropriate change gears can be changed between the draw-off roller pair and the first horizontally positioned roller pair to advance or slow the lead of the sugar. The speed of the individual sizing roller pairs is matched so that the supply is exact and uniform to the sizing roller pairs that are connected behind one another. The rope speed is infinitely variable so that the feed to the automatic candy forming machines or cutting and wrapping machines is guaranteed to be uniform.
The rope thickness is controlled by the size of the sizing rollers, which are easy to exchange, or by the distance of the sizing rollers from one another. The distance is adjustable using cams.
The diameter of each rope outfeed can be reached by fitting up to six sizing roller pairs. In this way nearly each combination of sizing rollers can be provided. The add-on rope controller guarantees that the rope batch runs fault-free into the forming machine or cutting and wrapping machine. It regulates the output speed of the rope formers nearly infinitely so that when the sugar rope is extremely thin it cannot tear. The batch former, rope former and automatic forming machine form a single synchronously-operating unit that can be controlled from a central control console on the rope former.
