New project startup of FLC filling line

Following the successful transfer of Pharma solid packaging equipment of GKF series, Bosch Packaging China uncovered the prelude to introduce Pharma liquid packaging lines in China. At the beginning of July, a kick-off meeting for the new project was held in PBosch Packaging China, deciding to officially transfer the FLC filling line from PA-PH to Bosch Packaging China.

The FLC filling line is associated equipment, classical with multi-functions such as cleaning, sterilizing, filling and capping. The Bosch Packaging management pays high attention to it because of its importance and prudence. To show our know-how, we had produced the FLC3080 basic machine as a sample before which gained positive comments from Germany. To push forward the overall development of this project a special multi-disciplinary project team was established including members of END, MAT, FIN, PUR as well as a steering committee was established in which Mr. Mack is involved. According to the present plan, by the first quarter of 2007 we will have produced a complete local FLC3080 machine, one part of the total line. The rest will be finished after two more quarters, thus the transfer of the whole FLC line will finally come true. Advanced equipment derives from advanced design idea.

The FLC filling line is a crystal of traditional filling machines and modern control technology, isolator and detection technology combined by Bosch Packaging engineering experts. It completely meets the GMP requirements and has advantages of high precision filling, wide filling range, flexibility, user-friendliness etc. As a result, 10 FLC Line orders were received only one year after market introduction.

The transfer of this project will have a profound effect on Bosch Packaging China. For a long time, half of the total Sales belonged to Pharma whereof 2/3 contributes to Pharma Liquid packaging. So, this portfolio section will secure new economical growth for Bosch Packaging China. Actually, the sales price of the FLC filling line is over ten million RMB. If we can only get a few more orders like this, Bosch Packaging China will surely have a strong base to be rooted firmly and expand rapidly. To realize all of this, our perspiration and wisdom is indispensable.
