Vendor development

Having the parts supply on a high quality level is necessary for building excellent machines. Therefore the development of our supplier is a major task in order to achieve the requested high quality level from our vendors.

Incoming Goods Control

All locally purchased manufacturing parts are checked 100% for their quality. Checked are all relevant items (dimensions, fittings, surface quality) Material tests (non destructive) are performed randomly in order to secure the element content of the purchased material

Finished Goods Control

All machines are inspected according FQC (Final Quality Control before delivery) and check lists by QMM-Department Professional FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) together with the customer is done prior to delivery of the machines
